The 4' square base, crafted from food safe, BPA free polymer, offers a wealth of planting room, and its center, matching basket handily holds compostable materials. Add your kitchen scraps and leaves to this center pillar, allowing them to naturally deteriorate over time, forming nutrient rich compost. Watering through this column not only brings the nutrients to your plants; it also significantly decreases the use of this resource. Top this planter with the included cedar posts to form an integrated trellis, shelves, and frame. The trellis handily supports climbing plants such as peas, cucumbers, or ivy, and the triangular shelves are great for holding a potted plant or a few garden tools. Return Policy
