This solid Teak Valencia 117" Rectangular Table w/ Double Extensions from Anderson Teak makes the perfect addition to any Patio or Backyard. Table stands 29" high and is 43" width by 79" long, opening to almost 10 feet in total length, and can seat 10 to 12 people. The unique built-in butterfly pop-up leaf enables the table to be opened or closed in less than 15 seconds. Included is an umbrella hole in the center, and a brass plug to cover the hole when not in use. The table can be extended with 1 or 2 leaves, which folds away for easy storage. This table is great for a large gathering with family and friends, is made from premium kiln dried solid grade-A Teak wood for durability, and will last for generations.

Warranty:
Anderson Teak warrants to the original purchaser its products to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 2 years. Also if you're not satisfied with our product, return it within 30 days and we'll gladly replace it, refund, or credit you for other items (excluding delivery and restocking charges).
We ship only within the USA, except to Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We offer free shipping for all products over $49.
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Large orders, custom items, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer, including during the Holiday season.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours. The custom made items like the Fire Bowls, Fire Globes, and some of the Patio furniture, can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please email us if needed to get an estimated time of arrival for a product you are interested in.
Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you’re not satisfied with whatever you purchased from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Backorder Policy

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
