Our Anderson Teak SouthBay Deep Seating Loveseat from our Chapman Collection is designed for elegance and comfort. Furniture has a beautiful natural finish, is water based sealed, and expertly crafted from solid premium kiln-dried grade A Teak-wood, with mortese and tenon joints for added durability and to last for generations. Included also are beautiful and comfortable 6″ thick Sunbrella cushions made of canvas, and unlike other canvas, Sunbrella cushions are fade-proof, stain-resistant, water and mildew-resistant (throw pillow is not included). Loveseat is also available in a set, SKU: SET-251.

Cushions are made from Sunbrella all-weather acrylic fabric, that are tailored to fit each piece of Anderson Teak furniture for best comfort. Unlike other canvas, Sunbrella cushions are fade-proof, stain-resistant, water-repellent, and mildew-resistant.

All furniture from the Chapman collection was created and designed from our leftover premium kiln dried 100% grade-A Teak-wood (Tectona Grandis), and is water-base sealed, allowing for more affordable prices. We assemble our furniture with marine grade brass and stainless steel fittings, and the traditional method of mortise and tenon joints with Teak-wood dowels. Teak is one of the sturdiest woods in the world – no other wood matches its durability for outdoor use. Our Teak furniture is built for durability and beauty, and will last for generations.
Warranty:
Anderson Teak warrants to the original purchaser its products to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 2 years. If you're not satisfied with our product, return it within 30 days and we'll gladly replace it, refund, or credit you for other items.(excluding delivery and restocking charges).
We ship only within the USA, except to Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We offer free shipping for all products over $49.
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Large orders, custom items, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer, including during the Holiday season.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours. The custom made items like the Fire Bowls, Fire Globes, and some of the Patio furniture, can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please email us if needed to get an estimated time of arrival for a product you are interested in.
Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you’re not satisfied with whatever you purchased from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
