This generous unit combines the benefits of a hopper feeder with a platform feeder to accommodate a myriad of bird species. The clear plastic, center seed tube holds 2 quarts of nearly any seed to attract several types of birds. Offer mealworms, fruit, or suet on the platform to allow more feathered friends to dine. The steep roof protects the seed from rain and snow, and the six feeding ports allow birds to reach their treat from all sides of the feeder.
The frame is crafted from solid PVC trim-board, which will not mold, mildew, or delaminate for years of use. The copper colored, PVC roof perfectly contrasts the white base, columns, and finial. A hammered finish within the copper color adds even more texture to the piece, and the finial removes easily for quick cleaning and refilling.
