We ship only within the USA, except to Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We offer free shipping for all products over $49. All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Large orders, custom items, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer, including during the Holiday season. Most items are shipped within 48 business hours. The custom made items like the Fire Bowls, Fire Globes, and some of the Patio furniture, can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please email us if needed to get an estimated time of arrival for a product you are interested in. Return Policy You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you’re not satisfied with whatever you purchased from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. Backorder Policy Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions. Damaged Goods Policy Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
