DeckProtect Fire Pit Mat with Black Aluminum Rack

This DeckProtect Fire Pit Mat and Rack Combo from Allendale Fibertech is now available with a Black aluminum rack/ tray. This 100% DeckProtect heat resistant mat is created to protect any wood or combustible surface from extreme and radiant heat produced by your Fire Pit, Fire Bowl, or Chiminea, allowing you to relax with friends in front of a warm fire without any worries about possible damage to your deck or patio. Each DeckProtect features a heat-resistant pad made of two layers of basalt tiles, and the basalt board is pressed volcanic rock fiber, which blocks the intense heat generated under a fire pit and keep it from reaching your decking boards. Our product is manufactured with only the finest materials for longevity, and put together by hand  (images with the aluminum rack are for viewing purposes only, a black Rack/ Tray will be shipped)

Note: When a Fire Pit is being used on a composite/ Trex deck, its best to have a DeckProtect mat that is large enough to be able to have the Fire Pit fit completely on top of it, because the melt rate on the composite material is under 400 degrees, and Fire Pits burn from 900-1100 degrees. This is a pre-caution to eliminate any gaps between the Fire Pit and the mat, leaving any parts of the deck exposed to being burnt.
