The advantage of 220 volt grilling is that you can accurately control the temperature of your grilling experience. Slow cook ribs or brisket at 250°F, rotisserie a chicken at 350°F, or sear your steaks and chops at 600°F. Like all Electri-Chef grills, they are simple and easy to use, while sealing in all the natural flavors of healthier grilled food. Our warranty provides limited lifetime protection on the stainless steel assemblies, five years protection on the cooking grid, 3 years on the heat/flavor plate, and 1 year on all other electrical and mechanical parts. We stand by the quality and durability of our American made Electri-Chef flameless grills.
We ship only within the USA, except to Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We offer free shipping for all products over $49.
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Large orders, custom items, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer, including during the Holiday season.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours. The custom made items like the Fire Bowls, Fire Globes, and some of the Patio furniture, can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please email us if needed to get an estimated time of arrival for a product you are interested in.
Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you’re not satisfied with whatever you purchased from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
